- Review RFP and RFQ drawing, technical specification and BoQ from Clients
- Coordinate with supplier to request quotation, delivery schedules and compliance
- Responsible to Estimate effort, Quantities and Resources required to for each activity in the RFP SoW
- Responsible of preparation of Technical proposal and Commercial offer using Excel
- Preparing compliance statement against client RFP by coordinating with supplier and Technical Team
- Responsible for preparation of Pre-Qualification Document, Technical submission documents and reply to the responses of Client on these documents
- Attending technical meeting with Sales Team to respond to client requirement, collect information about the Tender and proposing suitable solution.
- Preparation of technical proposal presentation to meet client requirement
- Conduct presentation to present solution to customers
- Assist project managers, Procurement department and Control department with cost analysis during pre-project phase, project, and post-project phase
