· Responding to technical support calls from end users of computer and software applications.
· Setting up and installing new computers, networks and software
· Setting up user accounts and profiles of the HIS and ERP – Oracle System.
· Installing updates, known patches, to the software application
· Installing and configuring operating system, anti -virus software and other application such as
MS Office 365
· Maintaining inventories of hardware and software.
· Performing regular backup procedures in case the data loss
· Keeping a record of issues and fault along with solution, for future reference
· Make final adjustments for inpatient and outpatient charges.
· Train new staff on hospital system and train users for new programs to be implemented.
· Takes charge of the daily computer operation monitoring, starting from the start-of-day processing until the end-of-day processing.
· Serves as the console operator to control all activities being done by the users.
· Responsible for advising the users on computer shut-down operations in cases of power failure, maintenance, and the like and to make log report on these cases.
· Responsible for the proper distribution of printout to all departments.
· Assist the users on common problem areas encountered daily regarding software execution and data retrieval.
· Responsible for the data entry of adjustment transactions incurred during the day.
· Informs users when there are network problems
· Performs preventive maintenance of hardware and software applications.
· Trouble shoots all kind of computer hardware and repairing the damages parts.
· Assists Network / Security team as needed.
· Communicates status of projects on regular basis to manager and other members of management as needed.
- Assists Business application and development team as needed.
Monitor all file servers and inform the LAN Administrator of any problems that need his necessary action
