The position covers responsibility of Marketing Management and Customer Centricity and will be the focal point of all Red Sea communication and promotions management. The Marketing Manager will closely interface with internal and external suppliers, stores, operations and Ecom.
Key Responsibility Areas :
· Advertising & Promotions – Conceiving and executing all A & P activities including ATL, BTL, Catalogues, In-Store POP, Signage’s, Generic promotions, window displays etc.
· Visual Merchandising - Ensure best display of products and all promotions related stuff across showrooms and relevant locations. Special emphasis on improving marketing driven customer communication
· Work closely with Product Marketing team to plan and execute marketing activities to drive traffic into stores and increase sales.
· Jointly with Retail Manager, Showroom Managers, Product Marketing team for sales planning to ensure complete and uninterrupted stock supplies to achieve monthly and annual budget
· Work closely with eCom & Digital Marketing team to synchronize all communication and marketing efforts leveraging each-other’s strengths for best results
· External Agencies Management – Liaise and handle matters related to external agencies and Depts including Ad agency, events & promotions agencies
· Event Management - Management of all marketing related aspects of all events including Mega sales, other tactical promotions etc.
· Value Services – Initiate new and manage value services propositions like Loyalty/Rewards program.
· Customer Centricity – Manage Customer redressal, Customer feedback analysis, Return policy management, Mystery shopping, Market surveys and other related activities directed at improving the customer experience and retaining customers.
· Strategic Initiatives – Handle strategic initiative and special projects based on business requirement
