  1. Managing the development of HR strategy in coordination with subsidiaries.
  2. Managing the execution of HR strategy for the in line with the overall Group strategy.
  3. Managing the recruitment process enclosing sourcing, screening, selecting and appointing candidates.
  4. Managing the analyzing and grading of new/existing jobs for headquarters and subsidiaries.
  5. Managing the development of manpower plans for Headquarters and subsidiaries and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  6. Managing the identification of key positions and potential successors.
  7. Managing Training Needs Analysis for Company headquarters and subsidiaries in order to develop Training and Development Plan.
  8. Managing the identification of suitable trainers/training centers that can fulfill headquarters and subsidiaries training needs.
  9. Managing the communications with trainers and coordinate training logistics. Managing the evaluation of training courses and trainers.
  10. Managing day-to-day personnel services e.g. employees’ relations, termination payroll admin, vacation, etc. for headquarters and subsidiaries employees.
  11. Managing headquarters and subsidiaries employee leaves, transfers, and business trips allowances.
  12. Managing visa services to non-Saudi employees and their dependents in headquarters and subsidiaries.
  13. Managing the investigation of employee violations and promoting self-control among employees.
  14. Ensuring the proper archiving of all employees files through the suitable tools or system.
  15. Managing all governmental relations activities and tasks in line with the HR policies. 
  16. Managing the communications with governmental entities like; General Directorate of Passports, General Organization for Social Insurance and the Labour Office.
  17. Managing insurance coverage and managing the communications between insurance providers and documents transactions and related activities.
  18. Managing and maintaining headquarters and subsidiaries employees’ governmental relations including; Iqama renewal, work permits, new passports information update, exit/reentry visas, final exit visa, etc.
  19. Overseeing headquarters and subsidiaries employees’ time attendance using appropriate system
  20. Managing organizational development projects for headquarters and subsidiaries and develop plans to meet objectives.
  21. Managing the development of headquarters and subsidiaries organization structure, improve efficiency, and when required, drive organization-wide organization re-structuring.
  22. Managing the identification of organizational performance issues in coordination with subsidiaries through performance management cycle to improve organizational performance and cultural behaviors.
  23. Managing the establishment of leadership development approach to build current and future leadership capabilities across .
  24. Managing the measurement of leadership capability effectiveness and new leadership capability development requirements for headquarters and subsidiaries.
  25. Managing the development of the related job descriptions (map functions to job descriptions/job families).
  26. Managing the evaluating and grading jobs for headquarters and subsidiaries (new and old) using a scientific job evaluation methodology following setout policies and procedures.
  27. Managing the development of the manpower strategy optimization (rightsizing) policies and processes and ensuring proper execution at the subsidiaries.
  28. Managing the development of subsidiaries HR unified policies/ processes where appropriate in coordination with Business Excellence function ensuring compliance with the Saudi Labor Law and by-lows.
  29. Reviewing manpower plans developed by the subsidiaries.
  30. Approving provided inputs to finance on budget requirements based on manpower plan outcomes.
  31. Managing the development of the Saudization plans and ensuring proper implementation at the subsidiaries. Managing succession planning for level-2 & key level-3 positions as well as identify candidates across Al Madina based on executive assessment results.
  32. Managing the development of the compensation and benefits system in coordination with all the function heads and in alignment with strategic objectives.
  33. Performing any other duties related to his/her job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
