المهام والمسؤوليات:
- الترحيب بالعملاء وإبلاغهم بالعروض ان وجدت والتجاوب مع استفساراتهم ،
- استقبال الطلبات وعمليات الدفع بالبطاقة والنقد ، مع الانتباه لتفضيلات الزبائن.
- اعداد وتقديم المشروبات المتنوعة بحسب المنيو.
- تسجيل الموارد الجديدة بدقة عبر النظام ومراجعة المخزون أولاً بأول.
- المراجعة الدورية للاجهزة والمعدات والإبلاغ عن احتياجات الصيانة.
- المحافظة على نظافة منطقة تجهيز المشروبات.
- ابلاغ الادارة بالملاحظات والمستجدات وتقديم التوصيات لتحسين الجودة.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers, informing them of offers, if any, and responding to their inquiries.
- Receiving orders including card & cash payments, awareness of customers' preferences.
- Preparing and serving various drinks according to the menu.
- Entry of new supplies accurately in the system and review stocks on a regular basis.
- Periodic check of equipment and report needed of maintenance.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the beverage processing area and bar.
- Informing management of observations and developments and making recommendations to improve quality.
