Most important and the core component of the job is to have the ability to follow up contracting process through EJAR platform (collecting legal papers , send the form to REAT office to upload new contracts)
Regards Re-new contracts:
1- Preparing upcoming nearly ended contracts and raise it to the admin. for the new leasing price.
2- Contact customer and updating legal Papers.
3- Prepare re-new form and send it to REAT office to be uploaded through Ejar platform.
4- follow up closing contract with customers.
5- Contacting Other admin. department for Financial and collection process.
You must have the ability to show prospective tenants available properties to rent or lease. also answer questions about the properties. After a prospective tenant agrees to rent or lease a property, the leasing executive may also complete application and lease form and collect a rental deposit. Leasing executives may also perform a range of property-related duties, such as maintenance.
provide a range of customer services. You may talk to tenants about problems in their Warehouses, such as a broken toilet, and figure out how to best solve the problem by contacting our location supervisor. Some properties expect leasing executives to stay in touch with residents during their tenancy and other properties require leasing executives to maintain records on all of available and leased properties.
