· Generating new leads by contacting and visiting prospects as well as checking the available RFPs on ETIMAD PORTAL at least once a week.
· Managing the relationship with SAP & ORACLE and all internal partners (maintain excellent relationship with the SAP/ORACLE AEs & PAMs)
· Maintain professional and high level customer service and satisfaction at all times
· Manage new customer relationship
· Prepare and monitor the sales pipeline and closure dates
· Work closely with pre-sales in setting the stage for any presentation/demo to customers
· Be on top of Bids and ensure Bids and proposals are submitted on time
· Follow up on the proposals submitted
· Provide assistance and guidance to presales and team members especially during the early interaction stages with the customers
· Ensure that the quality of work is maintained on the projects and liaise with Delivery and Quality managers
· Ensure that invoicing for customer is done on time and follow-up on payments
· Comply with SAP & ORACLE requirements (training, partnership enablement)
