Not less than 1 to 2 years’ experience in the corporate IT support environment.
Good in Windows & MAC workstations OS operating and troubleshooting.
Good in Microsoft office operating and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge in Windows Server OS and applications (Standalone and Virtual)
Basic knowledge in network issues troubleshooting.
Familiarity with online admin portals for software licenses.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
