Desired Competencies :
Must-Have
- Experienced primarily in BI Domain & telecom
- Experience in Telecom & with good domain knowledge (BSS & OSS).
- Sound experience in managing projects in a business intelligence/DWH environment.
- Experience in working with different BI tools (BO/MSTR/Tableau).
- Experience in working under Requirement analysis and solution design phases related to BI projects.
- Experience in working with CRM as source system.
- Knowledge of different data sources (IRB, IN, Mediation, ICMS etc).
- Knowledge of data warehouse software, preferably Informatica/Ab.
- Effective Communicator, hard-working, team player, able to influence business users and management and provide leadership, good foresight.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile Methodologies.
- Experience managing projects in agile delivery.
- Certified scrum master.
