- Manage and oversee the end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Create and execute strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize shortages, and decrease lead times, all while upholding rigorous quality standards and adhering to regulatory obligations.
- Evaluate and choose suppliers based on performance in quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery, while engaging in contract negotiations to secure advantageous rates, mitigate risks, and build long-term relationships with essential suppliers and collaborators.
- Partner with teams from different departments, including sales, operations, and finance, to anticipate customer demand, synchronize production plans, and simplify supply chain processes, thereby meeting consumer requirements and maximizing revenue.
- Evaluate and choose suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure competitive pricing, risk reduction, and the establishment of lasting relationships with critical suppliers and partners.
